We are a very close knit family - Dad, Mom and our two lovely teenager sons. With our 4-legged rescue furry companions thinking they own the place you will surely receive an over exciting welcome and loving greeting.
(Not everyone's cup of tea so don't worry we will put them behind a closed gate if needed).
Living in the very busy East Rand side of Gauteng for many years we traded the “hustle & bustle life” and now enjoying our smallholding on the outskirts of Heidelberg, Gauteng with quieter surroundings.
Coming from hardworking backgrounds and concentrating on "what money can't buy" we still always appreciate and value the small things in life - heart stuff and having good morals, values and standards - treating each other with fairness and respect. We strongly believe in soulfood ... the love for music, love for each other and the love of spending quality time together.
We are the "we make time family" that play, laugh, cry, pray, cook, eat, chat and relax together ... and of course dancing in our the lounge like nobody is watching with always a goodnight kiss.
In our household we communicate a lot – We strongly believe that good communication, loyalty, honesty, believe in each other and motivate each other, are some of the very best corners stones a family can have.

About Us ... How it all started
It started years ago - I was in transformation, not knowing it. God knew best ...
One night I was still so frustrated and still didn’t have the answer to my life long search and question: How can I make a difference in this life with something that is a Necessity and not a Luxury ?
3 days later (Yes 3 days !) God gave me the clear answer and hard message - Health is a necessity and not a Luxury. It is then when I seriously started pursuing the journey of health.
“Health is a necessity and not a luxury” sounds like "common sense" right .... Nope it isn't (Well I thought it was for me but I had to discover what it REALLY was) .... The question was … What IS health ?
I had the answer for my purpose but “now what ?” … not knowing how, where, what and the next steps ... I had no answers to these never ending questions. I was excited but where to start - I absolutely had no clue. I had faith and my purpose but as for the rest ... that I still had to discover, learn and research.
The dream and answers to my questions lead me on a path of discovering things I never knew, things that I personally completely misunderstood or never paid attention to in Life - I realised how wrong I was. My understanding and interpretation of Health was wrong, I never really REALISED IT and I never listened to ME - I lend my ears out to a lot of “professions" and never really educated myself on health - HEALTH for myself and my loved ones. My Journey brought me to ORGANIC & NATURAL - The way a lot of things SHOULD be.
A journey that started during the worst and darkest times in our Era. God inspired me with there is light ... follow it ... do research and help people ... just follow MY voice and LISTEN to nature ... LISTEN to ME and start LISTENING to you , the YOU you live in !
This just happend to be just before and during the early stages of Covid Pandemic in 2020 - a time when our HEALTH and FAITH were/are really put to the test !
During the midst of the storm I got a clear direction and purpose. AFTER YEARS of not knowing - I saw as clear as daylight when everything was pitch black !
My husband and our two teenage children decided to join me on this wonderful road called ORGANIC & NATURAL health. The four of us strive to make a difference in life, for us and others ! So this became "Our" goal and not just "MY" goal, to pay it forward and also educate others.
Through educating ourselves and doing some research we discovered horrific things - Truths that will shock you to the core !
This is how the passion started ... Journey with Mother Nature - She knows !
